CZA (OH1), CZE (OH2) series process pump
CZA and CZE series are magnetic drive single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pumps. The water conservancy model is the same, the difference lies in the way of the pump body support and the design pressure of the pump casing. Among them, CZA is the foot support (standard type code OH1); CZE is the center support (standard type code OH2). The pump outlet pipe diameter DN80 and above is designed with double volute casing to balance the radial force. The axial force is balanced by the balance chamber. The axial force of residual and abnormal working conditions is carried by the thrust plate in both directions. Sliding bearings usually use SSiC material. SSiC bearings (including thrust discs) are designed for spherical seats. The driving end of the pump is rolling bearing and oil lubricated. The bearing box can be designed for natural cooling or water cooling. The bearing box can be installed with a dry gas mechanical seal to form a secondary seal. Diaphragm lengthened coupling is used for motor and pump. Small-size pumps (22kw and below) can be designed as direct-connected motors. The pump steering is seen clockwise from the drive end.

CZG (OH3) series pipeline pump
The CZG series are magnetically driven single-stage single-suction vertical centrifugal pumps, with an inlet and outlet direction of 180° (standard type code OH3). Large size (outlet diameter DN80 and above) pump body is designed with double volute to balance radial force. The axial force is balanced by the balance chamber. The axial force of residual and abnormal working conditions is carried by the thrust disk. The sliding bearing is usually made of SSiC material, spherical seat design, the drive motor is directly connected with the external magnetic rotor. The motor box can be installed with a dry gas mechanical seal to form a secondary seal. The motor box can be designed with natural cooling or water cooling. CZY, CMY series submerged pump
CZY and CMY series are magnetic drive vertical suspension centrifugal pumps. CZY is a single level, CMY is a multi-level. The pump liquid is discharged through the half-space guide vane, support tube and independent liquid discharge tube. CZY impeller design has closed and open. The two-point or multi-point sliding bearing of the rigid long shaft of the pump is supported. The axial force is dynamically balanced by the balance plate. Sliding bearings usually use SSiC material. The drive motor is directly connected to the external magnetic rotor. A dry gas mechanical seal can be installed in the motor box to form a secondary seal. The motor box can be designed with natural cooling or water cooling. The pump steering is seen clockwise from the drive end.

CDS series double suction pump
CDS series are magnetic drive radial split single stage double suction horizontal centrifugal pumps. The pump casing is supported by the center line of the double volute casing. The direction of pump inlet and outlet can be designed as top-in top-out or side-in top-out according to requirements. The pump rotor is supported by spherical seat adaptive SiC sliding bearings. The residual axial force is carried by the thrust disk. The driving end of the pump is rolling bearing and oil lubricated. The bearing box can be designed for natural cooling or water cooling. CSP series is a magnetic drive horizontal mixed flow pump. The pump body has foot support or centerline support according to the operating temperature. The impeller rotor is supported by spherical seat adaptive SiC bearings. The axial force is balanced by the balancing chamber with enlarged diameter and the impeller balancing hole, and the residual axial force is supported bidirectionally by the thrust disc. CMTT series vertical barrel pump
The CMTT series is a magnetically driven double-casing vertical multistage centrifugal pump with segmented inner casing. Two-point or multi-point radial sliding bearing support of the rigid shaft. The axial force is dynamically balanced by the balance plate. The drive motor is directly connected to the external magnetic rotor, and a dry gas mechanical seal is installed therebetween to form a secondary seal. The pump steering is seen as counterclockwise from the drive end.

The outer shell is forged and welded structural parts, supported by the centerline, the design pressure level is 10~40MPa, and the inner shell is segmented. In high temperature working conditions, a butterfly spring is installed between the inner and outer shells axially to compensate for the stress and deformation caused by the difference in thermal expansion.
